The above quotes have been meaningful to me along my spiritual path. They point to the value of both prayer and presence – Prayer, because it slows me down enough to listen; and Presence, because when I am present in the moment, I experience deep gratitude – for all that is my life.

This is the foundation on which I base my practice. I look forward to exploring how they can serve as inspiration for you along your spiritual journey.
